The public will have the opportunity to vote for their preferred option. The online voting will be open from Sept 3rd 8am to Sept 6th 10pm here.

The judging panel includes:

  • Andrew Turner - Deputy Mayor, Councillor - Banks Peninsula Ward, Christchurch City Council and former owner of the Empire Hotel
  • Tony van Raat – Chair of the Auckland NZIA and former head of Unitec’s School of Architecture. Tony has a history of building buildings with students that serve communities
    across New Zealand

There will be an equity crowd funding campaign in February 2019 where you will have the opportunity to become part owner of the building.

We look forward to sharing the evening with you, refreshments and nibbles will be provided. Proceeds from the event will go to the Lyttelton Community House - because they are doing great work and need some love from the community! To learn more about their organisation here is their website here.
