Ohu joined a consortium to submit a proposal for the C40 cities competition. Working with AHHA Studio we are proposing an innovative sustainable community housing development with mixed housing models based on a community land trust.
Ohu is supporting this initiative with legal and financial modelling guidance, and community weaving.
