Pillars

THE FOUR PILLARS OF OHU

There are a growing number of people and communities who would like to collectively develop and own shared assets. By working with these groups we found that they often do not have access to the right skills and knowledge to realise their project ideas. In response to these insights, Ohu has structured its services into four areas; community building to bring people together around a shared purpose, basic property skills to see a project through the phases of development, financial structures to distribute earned assets equitably, and legal structures to support collective ownership. Each of the the pillars has a library of tools, services and packages that can be tailored to your project, follow the linked images below to discover these resources.

TOOLS, SERVICES AND PACKAGES

Each pillars provides a library of tools and services. Tools are free reference materials to support project teams. Services are fee based and include workshops, one on one sessions to build knowledge, and direct services for specific products. We also are developing packages, which are bundles of tools and services that are commonly needed for projects.

As no two projects are the same, we work with you to develop a customised menu of tools, services and packages tailored to suit your project needs.

This is a growing resource that will continue to mature as we work with projects.
