Project Team Identification and Development
The key to a sustainable team, that supports the delivery of a project, is having the right skills and experience involved at the right time throughout the project lifecycle. This service will be designed according to your needs and may include:
- Explanation of the skills and capabilities required for your project from people who have worked in the community led development space previously
- Introduction to those with the required skills and capability within Ohu’s Aligned Organisations
- Development of a resourcing plan and costed work breakdown structures
- Team training and skill-set development similar to that offered in the Developing the Weaver and Champion Skill Set service
