As Ohu works with individuals and groups to deliver community minded property development, Ohu will collect the various legal documents and distill the useful information from each to share. It is anticipated that this library of legal documents will include templates that will help you to understand the range of traditional legal documentation that is available, however we also hope to provide examples of new structures that encourage and foster sustainable communities and enable a more equitable distribution of wealth among the communities for which the buildings were developed.
Ohu will share with you examples of the following types of documents as we develop versions that enable community minded property development, collective ownership and more equitable wealth distribution of profit made.
