Project Documentation
Ohu has developed a set of key open-source project management tools which are freely available on the website. Ohu can work alongside you and your community to make sure you establish a strong foundation of project documentation to assist with the successful management and delivery of your community development. This service is tailored to your requirements and may include:
- One-off training with a Ohu peer that is a good fit for your project
- Peer mentoring throughout the project, including check-ins, document reviews and independent facilitation of specific reviews e.g. risk reviews
- Creation and handover of key documentation in consultation with your team
